Richard (Dick) & Marjorie
Richard is on the board of the Greehouse Growers Association. Dick is a member of the Central Nova Tourist Association and on the committee to enhance the growth of tourism in East Hants. On the weekend you can find Dick at the Enfield Farmers Market.Through the day Dick can be found greeting customers, sharing his experience and telling stories.

While Richard is buzzing about tending to everything green, Marjorie can be found somewhere around the garden centre talking up a storm. Marjorie is very willing to find the answers to all your questions. She enjoys promoting the farm at trade shows and to tourists as a place to stop and while away the day looking at the flowers, gifts and scenery. Marjorie can be seen touring the scenic area and sharing her vast knowledge with others.

Loraliegh Bennett:
Loraliegh can most often be found working in the greenhouses at the Garden Centre; but, if not there, Loraliegh can turn her hand to most anything building floats, helping re-pot the greenhouse and working in the retail department. She has attended courses at the Agricultural College through Foggy Hollow, but her greatest knowledge has been gained through her hands on experience at the Garden Centre.

Juanita Beach:
Juanita is responsible for starting to seed the plants that are grown at the Garden Centre. She can also be found in the gift shop or the propagation chamber. She is a creative individual who has a real knack for setting up displays which can be seen around the garden centre. Her knowlege of plants comes from hands-on experience in combination with courses she has taken over the years (both on line and in person).

Cathy Lake:
Cathy is our "Chief Planter" and was responsible for creating Foggy Hollow's lead line for tourism "We may be 8th on the list but we're first in the Province". You can set your clock by Cathy and can be sure that when she does anything around the Garden Centre, it is done right. She has been at Foggy Hollow the longest of all of the employees and is content to fulfill any task requiring attention, whether it is planting, hoeing or weeding the products around the farm.

Amanda Sproule:

Amanda is our first student. She is a grade 9 student and budding gardener. She was in school on picture day!!
